Business Ethics and Compliance

Consistent with, and in support of, our corporate philosophy, is our Business Ethics and Compliance Program. Responsible for the review and communication of the company's policies on ethics, as well as issue resolution, the program works to ensure that subsidiaries and affiliates of ASG provide services in compliance with all applicable state and federal laws, and that corporate operations are conducted with the highest standards of business and professional ethics. The program and the policies that it governs serve as a solemn commitment to our patients, our clients, the community, the government agencies that regulate the company as well as our employees and contracted providers.

All new employees and contracted providers are given a copy of the ASG Code of Conduct and Ethics and a toll-free line for reporting ethics and compliance issues is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Manned by a third party company that specializes in compliance issues, the hotline provides employees and other interested parties with the ability to anonymously speak with a trained individual.
